Enrollment in Dual Language Immersion (DLI) Programs
If you are interested in one of the SGUSD Dual Language Immersion programs for your child, the link to the Intent to Enroll form will go live on January 8, 2024 at 8:00 am.
Applicants will be contacted to schedule the language assessment meeting in the order that the applications are received.
Many families ask about how decisions are made about who is accepted into SGUSD DLI programs.
SGUSD is committed to a Dual Language Immersion classroom that is a 50/50 balance between students who are English Only and students who already speak the language from learning it at home. Applications are prioritized according to:
- Language status
- Order of submission
- Siblings
