Their program fosters social-emotional development, promotes physical wellness, and offers a variety of activities, including homework support and enrichment opportunities.

Asian Youth Center offers culturally rich programs that emphasize academic support, character development, and cultural appreciation. Their activities range from homework assistance to art, sports, and leadership development. Asian Youth Center is available at:

Options for Learning offers a comprehensive after-school program focused on academic achievement and social growth. Their curriculum incorporates engaging activities, tutoring support, and opportunities for self-expression through art and music. SGUSD has partnered with 2 separate offerings through Options for Learning:

Options for Learning School-Age Program:
Before and After School Care (TK-5)Year-round licensed child care program operating before and after school; Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. with full-day care at consolidated sites during spring, summer, and winter breaks.

Options for Learning Enrichment/ ASES (1st - 8th)Options for Learning's Enrichment Program cultivates lifelong learners with leadership skills and offers a safe, engaging environment on school campuses, serving K-8 students. Open Monday-Friday until 6 p.m. on school days.
 
The Enrichment Program is available at:

The City of San Gabriel, Community Services Department provides recreation based after school programs which include homework help, recreation and enrichment activities, arts and crafts and games at the following school sites:

The City also offers a variety of recreation based sports programs throughout the year which include sports fundamentals, homework help, and enrichment activities. The sports programs are offered at:

The Music Immersion Experience allows students to explore their passion for music through immersive learning experiences. This program offers instrumental instruction, ensemble performances, and opportunities for musical exploration.
 
The Music Immersion Experience is available at Roosevelt Elementary.
