To assist our students with technical issues during these difficult times, SGUSD is providing technology support to students that have software and hardware issues. Students and parents can access the SGUSD Help Desk at 626-451-5493. The SGUSD ITS will help to troubleshoot and determine if the issue can be resolved over the phone, or if the device needs an exchange. If ITS determines the device needs to be exchanged, the District will schedule an appointment.
If your family is leaving the District or no longer needs the device loaned to your family, please call 626-451-5400 to schedule a drop off appointment.
