STUDENT AND STAFF CHROMEBOOK/COMPUTER TECHNICAL SUPPORT

 

If students experience technical issues such as:

  • Trouble logging into their school Google account
  • Issues relating to the usage or functionality of the Chromebook and/or hotspot

The SGUSD ITS will help to troubleshoot and determine if the issue can be resolved over the phone, or if the device needs an exchange.  If ITS determines the device needs to be exchanged, the District will schedule an appointment. 

 

If your family is leaving the District or no longer needs the device loaned to your family, please call 626-451-5400 to schedule a drop off appointment.
