Safe Schools, No Bullying
The Legal Definition of Bullying/Harassment is:
Any severe or pervasive physical or verbal act or conduct, including communications made in writing or by means of an electronic act, and including one or more acts committed by a student or group of students directed toward one or more students that have, or can be reasonably predicted to have, the effect of one or more of the following:
- Placing a reasonable student in fear of harm to their person or property.
- Causing a reasonable student to experience a substantially detrimental effect on their physical or mental health.
- Causing a reasonable student to experience substantial interference with their academic performance.
- Causing a reasonable student to experience substantial interference with their ability to participate in or benefit from the services, activities, or privileges provided by a school.

If you would like to report an incident of bullying, intimidation, or harassment, please complete one of the following forms and turn it into your school office. All reports will be thoroughly investigated.
